Are your peptides third-party tested? Do you provide a COA?
Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for purity and identity, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for each product. Our peptides are research-grade at >99% purity.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay online at checkout through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking), choose Cash on Delivery, or place your order directly on WhatsApp.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD carries an extra ₹299 COD charge paid online through Razorpay up front. The COD charge is non-refundable and is not adjusted against your order value; the full order amount is paid in cash to the delivery agent. COD is available on serviceable pincodes.
Do you ship across India, and how long does it take?
Yes, we ship pan-India through our courier partners (Shiprocket). Standard delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days depending on your pincode, and a flat ₹200 shipping fee applies to all orders. In Delhi NCR we also offer same-day Porter delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we share the courier tracking number (AWB) with you on WhatsApp/email. You can track your shipment with the courier using that number.
How do I order on WhatsApp?

Are these products for human consumption?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only and are not for human consumption. By ordering, you confirm you are acquiring them for legitimate research purposes.
How should peptides be stored and reconstituted?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be kept refrigerated and are stable for extended periods; reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Use our on-site reconstitution Calculator to work out exact volumes.
What is your return / refund policy?
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we refund it in full. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents.
Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product details visible on the outside.
