Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship pan-India — to all states and union territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order placement (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates only and may vary due to courier, weather, or logistical conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. We periodically offer free shipping — check the website for current offers.
5. Cash on Delivery
All orders are dispatched Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner will collect payment upon handover of the package.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier’s website or app.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (customer unavailable, incorrect address), the courier will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-dispatch may be subject to additional shipping charges.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening and contact us immediately at care@compoundvpeptides.in with your order number and images. See our Refund Policy for next steps.
9. Packaging
All Compound V Peptides orders are packed securely with 100% recyclable outer packaging. We use minimal, functional packaging — no excessive filler materials.
