Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every Compound V Peptides purchase. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions below. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Damaged in transit — product received broken, leaking, or physically damaged
  • Wrong item sent — product delivered does not match what was ordered
  • Manufacturing defect — product is defective (e.g., contamination, seal broken before opening)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
  • Products returned without original packaging or tampered seals
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Orders where the customer simply changed their mind

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email care@compoundvpeptides.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for how to send the product back.

5. Refunds

As all orders are Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your account. Please provide your bank account details when submitting the return request. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned product and approving the claim.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective product), we will bear the cost of return shipping. In other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. COD Refusal

Refusing a COD delivery without prior communication is not a return. Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in future orders being blocked. If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at care@compoundvpeptides.in.
